Abstract

It is certain that human is the main factor for economic development, but the undisciplined population increasing will definitely lead to obstruction the possibility of achieving economic development in many developing countries especially the poorest, because high economic costs around domestic, national and global levels that is reflected and accompanied by a population explosion. Many developing countries have stepped real steps to control and organize the population growth in order to avoid any hindrance stand against their economic progress through many economic means. Some of these countries have been able to achieve tangible successes such as China, so it may be benefit to study Chinas experience in controlling population increase for developing countries which suffer from high population increase and hope to achieve development and progress.
