Stable Robust Adaptive Control of Induction Motors with Unknown Parameters

Abstract

This paper presents a new strategy for controllinginduction motors with unknown parameters. Using a simplelinearized model of induction motors, we design robust adaptivecontrollers and unknown parameters update laws. The controldesign and parameters estimators are proved to have globalstable performance against sudden load variations. All closedloop signals are guaranteed to be bounded. Simulations areperformed to show the efficacy of the suggested scheme
