Abstract

AbstractImplementing the best method to present the learning materials, beneficially, to the student contributes in raising the level of the players technically and scientifically. The method of playing situations has great role to stimulate the concordance abilities; which can quicken and organize the learning procedure.Thus the idea of using playing situations method came to be invested in learning. The researchers used the experimental curriculum for its suitability to the nature of the study.The sample of the study includes ( 40 ) male - students ,who are randomly selected , from Tariq Ibn Ziyad intermediate school and ( 40 ) female - students ,who are also randomly selected , from Um Salamah intermediate school. They are divided into two groups 20 students each, both males and females. One of the groups is the controlling and the other is the experimental.The researches found several conclusions the most important of them are learning by using playing situations method and the traditional method both have positive influence in increasing knowledge achievement and developing and acquiring the skillful performance of volleyball beginners ; besides the playing situations method has the priority over the traditional method in acquiring knowledge achievement and developing and acquiring the skillful performance of some volleyball skills , for the volleyball beginners .The Researchers recommend the variety in using teaching methods and learning styles in the different studying stages, also using playing situations method in the both intermediate and preparatory schools
