Analyzing group of flexibility tests on the basis of body segments for the sport Education female students

Abstract

AbstractThe research aims at:Identifying the simple factorial analysis of flexibility tests on the basis of body for sport Education female students. The sample of the study consisted of (60) female students in the four grads in the college of sport education at the university of Mosul. The means of college the data involved (20) tests and measurements which represent (height, weight, and flexibility tests). Data was treated statistically by using the orthogonal rotation. the findings of the research were as follow:- Orthogonal rotation which has been conducted on (20) variables that stood for height, weight, and flexibility tests, showed eight factors, five of which were accepted in light of the conditions identified for accepting the factors.- The factors which were prominent through the flexibility tests analyses that have been accepted allow us to list the following:•Neck flexibility factor.•Spine flexibility factor on the horizontal axis.•Shoulders and trunk flexibility factor.•the factor of measuring the extent of legs stretching.•Dynamic flexibility factor.- A group of tests were extracted in light of the accepted factors which represent flexibility tests (neck rotation to both sides, bending the trunk to the front in the position of standing, lifting the trunk and the two arms behind the neck, the parallel, full stretching of the legs and square touching).
