Abstract

Research sought to determine the dimensions of the role of capital Customer strategies to enhance leadership in the national company for the manufacture of furniture in the province of Nineveh. As the dimensions of interest in the company's management of capital Customer and strategies of leadership contributes to enhance the level of products that the company can provide to customers as well as providing the possibility of superiority over competitors, survival and growth in the light of economic developments and growing rapidly. The limited studies on the relationship between these variables in the environment in the Iraqi border For the researchers, their research has implicitly present these variables in an attempt to study the relationship and influence between them.
