Abstract

The stress of the limiting factors to the rulers their performance to the fullest in light of its existence, and given that the sports press interested football, including referees and uniqueness them covers a wide, they cause the stress they have, and lies the importance of research in being a research rare in Yemen, which seeks to learn psychological distress caused by sports journalism rulers first class football in the league Yemeni according specialization (Square - Assistant), and being one of the topics that have not interest researchers in Yemen - to the knowledge of the researcher - and this Victsp importance of this point , also seeks to determine the appropriate vision to address the psychological pressure caused by sports journalism on the referees and come up with appropriate solutions.The goal of the research used descriptive method to detect the most important factors that cause stress by sports journalism with the rulers by their specialty Hakimi, using the scale designed by the researcher and consisting of (50) is, and that was applied to a sample search and numbered (62) judgment.The results of the field study showing no statistically significant differences in the degree of psychological stress caused by sports journalism rulers according to their age. In the sense that all referees are affected by psychological pressures, according to their age, but there were no statistically significant differences in the effect.The most important recommendations on the need to focus on the psychological aspects of governors next to the physical and technical aspects especially when choose freshmen rulers, or promotion or in the sessions refinement, and trained to use appropriate means and appropriate to resist stress, especially those related to sports journalism.
