Abstract

The present study tackles the impediments that may limit the effectiveness of organizational communication as lowing of the subjects related to the performance of the Central Library. Therefore, it was discussed from the effectiveness of the communication and its impact on the performance of the Central Library and how this effectiveness can be achieved by overcoming the obstacles.The study consists of four basic aspects. The first one involves the general framework. The second aspects discuss the theoretical side. The third one focuses on the application side especially the statistical procedure to get and analysis results. Finally the four side presents the main conclusion and recommendations.
