Abstract

he achievement of total quality management in institutions of higher education means Dora the institution to provide a high level of service quality excellence, and through which you can meet the needs of students, faculty, parents, employers, and society, and others. The problem with research into what extent of achievement of standards of total quality management as perceived by members of the faculty at the University of Qadisiyah them through fields of study, the four (the field of organizational culture of total quality management, and academia, and the area of professional growth, and the relationship of the University to the community). The aims of this study to the following: 1- To identify the extent of achievement of total quality management standards from the perspective of members of the faculty at the University of Qadisiyah. 2- Knowledge of the differences in the extent of achievement of total quality management standards from the perspective of faculty members (male, female) at the University of Qadisiyah.
