Abstract

Aims of this research to clarifying the dimensions of strategic thinking and its impact on performance Organisational trying to figure out how a clear vision of university leadership for strategic thinking, which reflected positively on strengthening the Organization's ability to survive, grow and improve the service provided by university, as information was collected through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of associate deans and heads of departments and a total of (28) questionnaire, which was adopted Find a set of indicators and statistical tests, as the results confirmed the significant relationship between the dimensions of strategic thinking and Organisational Performance
