Abstract

Private colleges in Iraq support government collegesand play a vital role in the development of both publicsectors and private sectors. Private colleges receivethousands of students every year to teach them, lookafter them and qualify them and enable them tooccupy important positions. Graduates who work inthe private sectors refresh the labor market and makeit flourish.But these private colleges are in fact helpless andinvalid without the experience of retired professors.Without the help of these retired professors, privatecolleges in Iraq will never materialize. These retiredprofessors and experts are doing their best to makethe private colleges grow and expand. They areinvaluable treasures, therefore, they should not beneglected.
