The Effect of Special Exercises for the stage of changing the movement direction ( standing) on learning and developing flowing and biomechanics of skill performance of overwhelming Transmission of Volleyball.

Abstract

This thesis contains the introductions in which the researcher argues the great development in all fields and its effects on the sport field as a result of the research and study of the concerned researchers and specialists in the field of sport education benefiting from other sciences. Biomechanics is deemed the most important fundament in studying proceeding of sport movement providing the rightful fundament for the trainer and teacher to learn and train sport skills including the overwhelming transmission skill which are deemed of the attacking skills by which the winning of the team in the match is depended as we noticed that at the present time and the considerable development occurred as a result of using most modern technological, educational and training means making the performance most expeditious. The importance of the research is represented by that the rightful building for the basic skills required interventions in important details may have the active role in acquiring the optimist performance; i.e., subjecting these details for the study and empirics making us having the eligibility to identify the extent of the importance of these details and that the stage of changing the direction of the movement (standing) of the most important which is , in fact , representing the actual contribution stating the matters promoting teaching methods to learn overwhelming transmission skill of volleyball providing best learning upon which it can be built intact the advanced the stage in practicing game. The problem of the research is the present of clear deficiency in the mechanism of technical performance for stage of the skill due to the deficit of trainers’ attention to apply the biomechanical conditions of stage of skill changing the direction of the movement (standing) and pauses of movement due to erratic timing for the time interval at this stage upon transmission from preparatory part to the main part leading to the expeditious weakness and then deficit of movement flow. This stage takes considerable attention relevant to its importance as it is deemed the most important factor effects on the following performance variables as it is the responsible for reduction of movement quantum got by the student in the approximation as the deficiency of perfection to stand may lead to cause many errors in performance due to missing part of movement quantum; thus, putting educational curricula through using exercises for the stage of changing movement direction ( standing) to learn and develop two skills and identifying some movement flow and biomechanical variables. The objectives of the research are as follows: 1-Prepare educational curricula arguing special exercises for the stage of changing movement direction ( standing) in learning and development flow and biomechanics of the skill performance of overwhelming transmission of volleyball for young category. 2-Identify that effects of special exercises for the stage of changing movement direction (standing) in learning and development flow and biomechanics of the skill performance of overwhelming transmission of volleyball between prior and posterior tests for two empiric and control groups and also in the results of posterior test between two groups. Hypotheses of the research are as follows: The Recommendations : 1-Insisting on the importance of the stage of movement direction ( standing) in learning and development the skills of overwhelming transmission according to the biomechanical fundaments maintaining the horizontal speed securing the expeditious of the performance to reach the flow of the skill performance. 2-Turn the attention in using biomechanical and movement flow variables as an active evaluation tool identifying the extent of acquiring the trainees for the movement skills.1-There are important differences pertaining the effect of special exercises for the stage of changing the movement direction (standing) in learning and development the flow and biomechanics of skill performance in the overwhelming transmission of volleyball between the prior and posterior test for empiric and control groups. 2-There are important differences pertaining the effects of special exercises for the stage of changing the movement direction ( standing ) in learning and development the flow and biomechanics of skill performance in the overwhelming transmission of volleyball in the results of posterior tests between empiric and control groups. The fields of the research include the following : -Human Field : A pattern of young players of The Martyr Izz Aldin Saleem Sport and Youth Sport Club ( Talent Hero program of Volleyball). -Time Field: The period from May 06,2011 to Aug.13,2011. -Spatial Field: The Martyr Izz Aldin Saleem Sport and Youth Sport Club at Mudaina District, Basrah Governorate. Theoretical and similar studies include number of subjects concerned the study which are : biomechanical analysis, basic attacking skills of volleyball including one overwhelming transmission skill, flow, standing stage, its importance in sport movements and similar studies. The researcher concluded a group of findings the most important of which are :1-It is prove that special exercises for the stage of changing movement direction ( standing ) have positive affect in learning and development the biomechanics and the flow of the performance skill of overwhelming transmission .2-The results of approximation speed in the prior and posterior tests are showed in favor of posterior test for two empiric and control groups for the skill. 3-There is a difference in the quantum of missed movement for the repose and standing between prior and posterior tests in favor of posterior empiric group for the skill. 4-There is a different in the results of maximum height of the ball at the moment of striking between the prior and posterior tests in favor of posterior for both empiric and control groups for the skill. and posterior tests in favor of posterior test for two groups and skill. 5-Movement flow through ( Time-Speed Function Curve) are for the empiric group rather than control group in the posterior test for the skill.
