Abstract

The main objective for this research is determine the range or the governance in organizational crises solver at the company, the governance is the modern style to manage this company, to use this Applications to the challenge as crises. The aim problem is low considered at governance importance and its role in solving organizational crises. To collect data for this research using a questioner and this study apply at Iraqi state company for Iron Roads. Sample is 120 employees. Data analyses by using SPSS to find the percentage, medium, standard devotion, spearman, and variance. The main & sub hypotheses is make sure that suggests by the researcher. Finally recommendation for this company to incarsse important for using governance practices to sove the organizational crises.
