التأثير التثبيطي لعصير الكيوي (Actindia deliciosa) ضد بعض البكتيريا الموجبة والسالبة لملون كرام ومقارنتها مع بعض المضادات الحيوية

Abstract

This study aim to find out the role of Inhibitory kiwi juice anti-bacterial against twelve isolated bacterial and compare it with the effect of some antibiotics.The study was conducted using different concentrations of kiwi juice after sterilizatio by bacterial filters with distilled water which is 5%, 10%, 25%, 50% and75%. the results indicated that the kiwi juice showed areas of inhibition at concentrations 50%, 75%, 100% for each of the isolates used except in terms of streptococcus bacteria which were resistant to this extract. Also, the results showed that kiwi juice did not give inhibition zones towards concentrations 5%, 10 % and 25%. Meanwhile, all bacterial isolates were sensitive to Ciprofloxacin, Imipenem, while all the isolates were resistant to the anti-acid Amoxicillin + Clavulonic and Ampicillin.
