The impact of human resource management practices in strategic performance An analytical study of the views of the university leaders in the colleges of the University of Qadisiyah

Abstract

Abstract According to the limited studies about the relationship and influence and correlation between study variables, the independent variable of human resource management practices, represented by ( employment; selection; and recruitment), performance evaluation of human resourcesand compensation of human resources, training and development of human resource), approved variable, strategic performance of four perspetives (financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth (creativity)). This study aimed to identify the impact of human resource management practices on strategic performance, and it's provide a conceptual framework for the most important which put them them writers and researchers in the key variables in this study. The study depended on Form questionnaire scientifically to reach the desired results, when we did questionnaire through poll of University leaders in colleges of the Qadisiyah University , we had been selected a random sample of university leadership: (Deans, Deans' Assistans, and Heads of Departments). The total sample size (60) administratively leaders whose they are divided on (13) colleges at the University. The study used a variety of statistical methods for analysis and processing of data obtained from the questionnaire and the adoption of computerized statistical programs such as (SPSS, V.16). The study have reached to several conclusions which on impact them we are made recommendations to study sample.
