ملخص البحث تسير مراحل النمو وفق تسلسل معين الا ان هناك فروق فردية قد تسرع مع افراد وتبطيء مع افراد آخرين، ان التعليم المنظم يعتبر من افضل اساليب التعليم بالنسبة لمرحلة الطفولة بشكل عام والمعاقين بشكل خاص. لذا يعد التعليم وفق خطوات صحيحية ومدروسة هو الاساس الذي يستند عليه التعليم المنظم , فمن خلالها يمكن تعويدهم على تحمل المسؤولية ومساعدتهم على زيادة استقلاليتهم ودافعيتهم للتعلم كما ويمكن من خلاله ان ينجز الاهداف التعليمية المطلوبة منه حسب قدرته. لدى اطفال متلازمة داون اختلاف ملحوظ في نشاط العضلات وتوترها وكذلك القدرات الجسدية الموروثة ، فهناك مشكلات في طول الاصابع فهي تكاد تكون متساوية في الطول لذلك فالمشاكل المصاحبة للأطفال ذوي متلازمة داون تؤثر تأثيراٌ كبيراُ على مستقبلهم ويعتمد تطورهم الجسمي والنفسي والاجتماعي على تشخيص الحالة مباشرة بعد الولادة وبرنامج التدخل المبكر الذي يمكن ان يقدم الكثير لهذه الفئة من الاطفال وان تؤثر بصورة ايجابية على مستقبلهم.
