Was isolated (28) the isolation of these bacteria were classified into four groups serology is thegroup (A) by ( 39.8%) and B by ( 21.4%) ,c(21.4) and E (14.2% ) , and all isolates were isolated frompatients and exaggeration of ( 7) isolates produced enzyme Lecithinase which means the percentage(100%) , while the (9) isolates of the total (21) isolated from the hospital environment (surgery and burnswards ) were produced for this enzyme above a rate of ( 42.85% ) showed the results of toxicity testing inlaboratory mice that ratio percentage of the total toxicity shown by the bacterial isolates were (65.14%) ,all isolates burns wounds were toxic at a rate (100%) , while the (28) isolation of isolates environmentwas toxic also increased (39.28%) , that most isolates toxicity was the group followed by the ECB andthat there was a broad consensus between the productivity of these isolates poison Alpha ( enzymeLecithinase ) with toxicity in the White mouse .

اظھرت نتائج دراستنا ھذة ان نسبة التلوث ببكتریا الكلوستریدیم برفرنجیز في ردھات الحروق كانت( 32 % ) من اصل ( 50 ) تﺎھدر ﻲﻓ ﺎﻣا ، ( % 40 ) ﺔﺒﮭﺘﻠﻤﻟا ﻰﺿﺮﻤﻟا قوﺮﺣ ﺎﮭﯿﻠﺗ ( % 50 ) تﺎھدﺮﻟا هﺬھ تﺎﯿﺿرا ﻲﻓ ﺖﻧﺎﻛ ثﻮﻠﺘﻠﻟ ﺔﺒﺴﻧ ﻰﻠﻋا ناو ﺔﻟﺰﻋالجراحة فكانت نسبة التلوث ( 24 % ) واعلى نسبة للتلوث فیھا كانت في اسرة المرضى ( 40 % ) تلیھا الارضیات ( 30 % ) وجروح المرضى الملتھبة ( 30 % ) ایضا . تم عزل ( 28 ) عزلة لھذه البكتریا صنفت الى اربعة مجامیع مصلیة ھي المجموعة ( A ) بنسبة ( 28,39 % ) و B بنسبة ( 4,21 % ) و C بنسبة ( 4,21 % ) و E بنسبة ( 2,14 % ) وان جمیع العزلات المعزولة من المرضى والبالغ عددھا ( 7 ) عزلات انتجت انزیم اللسثنیز أي نسبة ( 100 % ) في حین ان ( 9 ) عزلات من مجموع ( 21 ) عزلة عزلت من بیئة ناﺮﺌﻔﻟا ﻲﻓ ﺔﯿﻤﺴﻟا رﺎﺒﺘﺧا ﺞﺋﺎﺘﻧ تﺮﮭظاو ( % 42,85 ) ﺔﺒﺴﻨﺑ يأ هﻼﻋا ﻢﯾﺰﻧﻻااﺬﮭﻟ ﺔﺠﺘﻨﻣ ﺖﻧﺎﻛ ( قوﺮﺤﻟاو ﺔﺣاﺮﺠﻟا تﺎھدر ) ﻰﻔﺸﺘﺴﻤﻟاالمختبریة ان النسبة المئویة الاجمالیة للسمیة التي ابدتھا العزلات البكتیریة كانت ( 14,65 % ) وان كافة عزلات الحروق والجروح كانت سامة أي بنسبة ( 100 % ) في حین ان (28) عزلة من عزلات المحیط كانت سامة ایضاٍ بنسبة ( 28,39%) ، وان اشد العزلات سمیة ﺾﯿﺑﻷا رﺄﻔﻟا ﻲﻓ ﺔﯿﻤﺴﻟا ﻊﻣ ( ﺰﯿﻨﺜﺴﻠﻟا ﻢﯾﺰﻧا ) ﺎﻔﻟا ﻢﺴﻠﻟ تﻻﺰﻌﻟا هﺬھ ﺔﯿﺟﺎﺘﻧا ﻦﯿﺑ ﺮﯿﺒﻛ ﻖﻓاﻮﺗ ﻚﻟﺎﻨھ ناو E .
