At times they spread the main deity to them, Ahwaramzda, while recognizing other deities that were not mentioned. Rather, a general mention was made of them, and at other times, the deities spread Anahita at the expense of the other. At other times, the remembrance of the god Anahita disappeared, and the remembrance of the two deities remained Ahwaramzada and Mithra.

سنتطرق في هذه الدراسة إلى ديانة الطبقة الحاكمة الأخمينية، ومناقشة الآراء المختلفة التي وصفت ما كانت عليه هذه الديانة، منها أنَّهم كانوا على الديانة الزرادشتية، ورأي يقول أنهم لم تكن لهم ديانة رسمية محددة، وإنما عبدوا آلهة متعددة. فهم تارة أفردوا الإله الرئيس لهم آهوارامزدا مع الاعتراف بآلهة أخرى لم تذكر، وإنَّما ورد ذكر عام لها، وتارة أخرى أفردوا الإلهة آناهيتا على حساب الآلهة الأخرى. وتارة أخرى أختفى ذكر الإله آناهيتا وبقى ذكر الإلهين آهوارامزدا وميثرا.
