It is noticeable that the Arab culture of Egypt was religious in the beginning, like other Islamic provinces, because most of the scholars who appeared at that time were from the companions of the Messenger Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) who accompanied the armies of liberation, then the culture began to develop into the introduction of secular and philosophical sciences.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة موقف الإسلام وصحابة الرسول الكريم محمد (صلى الله عليه وسلم) من الفكر والثقافة بعد تحريرهم لبلاد مصر. لم يقتصر التحرير العربي لمصر على تعريبها ونشر الإسلام بين أهلها، بل أسهم في قيام ثقافة عربية أخذت تنمو تدريجياً حتى صارت صرحاً حضارياً شامخاً له أصوله ومميزاته. ومن الملاحظ أن ثقافة مصر العربية كانت ذات طابع ديني في البداية كغيرها من الأمصار الإسلامية، لأن أكثر العلماء الذين ظهروا آنذاك كانوا من صحابة الرسول محمد (صلى الله عليه وسلم) الذين رافقوا جيوش التحرير، ثم أخذت الثقافة تتطور إلى الأخذ بالعلوم الدنيوية والفلسفية.} }
