It was in the following aspects:1. Standing alongside Arab and international liberation movements.2. Refusing to conclude a peace treaty with the Zionist entity.3. Resisting all foreign military alliances and not participating in them.4. Adopting a policy of joint neutrality between the socialist and capitalist camps.5. Strengthening political and economic relations specifically with the socialist camp.6. Acknowledgment of the People's State of China. The decision to nationalize the Suez Canal has been - entertaining - the imagination of President Gamal Abdel Nasser since the declaration of the Egyptian revolution in 1952, and not after the failure of Britain, France, America and the World Bank Foundation for Reconstruction to finance the construction of the High Dam project. And after those countries refrained from financing the construction of the High Dam, as it had set many impossible conditions for doing so, and here the Egyptian government had to nationalize the Suez Canal, in order to benefit from its economic imports in order to cover part of the costs of that project, which coincided With the approval of the Soviet Union and its willingness to contribute to the construction, without restriction or prerequisite. Then came the rejection of those countries to the decision of the Egyptian nationalization, which was added after the exhaustion of diplomatic methods with military aggression on Egyptian lands, and the United Nations subsequently issued a decision to stop the aggression and withdraw foreign military forces from Egyptian lands, following the joint Russian-American intervention, and condemnation Most of the world. In the end, Egypt kept the Suez Canal under its hand and without its personal administration.
