E.D.M simply uses an electrical spark between the workpiece and toolin the presence of medium dielectric to erode the workpiece in a controlled manner. This study investigates the enhance the various performance parameters measuredin E.D.M process using Tagushi Technique. The main goals are to maximize theremoval rate of material M.R.R and minimizing the wear rate of tool TWR.
