The authors assumed that thebuilding was demolished. The research aims to use the BIMmodel (Building Information Modeling) in demolitionwaste management because it provides reliableinformation for the decision-makers. The idea of theresearch was applied to the Deanship of Medicine Collegeas a case study and was modeled using Revit software.Through modeling, the quantity takeoff is extracted formaterials and by utilizing the ratios of field survey from aprevious researcher, demolition waste was sorted. Theresults showed the process to calculate the volume ofdemolition for concrete and brick, as well as the process ofsorting the demolition waste to (on-site reuse, reuseanother site, recycle, and landfills). The authors found thatthrough this research, the number of trucks required totransport demolition waste to its appropriate locations canbe calculated
