الْحَمْدُ للهِ رَّبِ الْعَالَمِيْنَ وَالصَّلاةُ وَالسَّلامُ ، عَلَى سَيِّدَنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلهِ وصَحْبِهِ أَجْمَعِينَ .وَبَعْدُ :فَإِنَّ الْقُرْآنَ الْكَرِيمَ دُستُورُ الْأُمَّةِ الإِسْلامِيَّةِ الخَالِدِ وَالْمِنْهَاجُ الَّذِيْ ارْتَضَاهُ الخَالِقُ لإِصْلاحِ الْخَلقِ ، وَهُو حُجَّةُ الرَّسُولِ الْكَرِيْمِ مُحَمَّدٍ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - وَآيَتُهُ الْكُبْرى ، وَهُو عِمَادُ لُغَةِ الْعَرَبِ الأَسْمَى ، تَدِيْنُ لَهُ اللُّغَةُ فِي بَقَائِهَا وَسَلامَتِهَا ، وَتَسْتَمِدُّ عُلُومَهَا الْمُخْتَلِفَةَ مِنْهُ .وَمِنْ أَجْلِ ذَلِكَ كَانَ الْقُرْآنُ الْكَرِيْمُ مَوضِعَ الْعِنَايَةِ الْكُبْرى مِنَ الرَسُولِ الْكَرِيْمِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - وَصَحَابَتِهِ وَالْمُسْلِمِيْنَ جَمِيْعَاً .وَقَدْ انْفَرَدَ الْقُرْآنُ الْكَرِيْمُ مِنْ بَيْنِ الْكُتُبِ السَّمَاوِيَةِ الأُخْرى بِعِنَايَةِ الْعُلَمَاءِ وَالْفُقَهَاءِ وَاهْتِمَامِهِمْ ، وَأَخَذَتْ هَذِهِ الْعِنَايَةُ أَشْكَالاً مُخْتَلِفَةً ، فَتَارَةً تَرْجِعُ إِلَى أُسْلُوبِهِ وَإِعْجَازِهِ ، وَأُخْرَى إِلَى لَفْظِهِ وَأَدَائِهِ ، وَأُخْرْى إِلَى كِتَابَتِهِ وَرَسْمِهِ ، وَتَارَةً إِلَى تَفْسِيْرِهِ وَشَرحِهِ إِلَى غَيْرِ ذَلِكَ مِنْ عُلُومِهِ الْعَدِيْدِةَ ، فَكَانَ أَنْ خَصَّ الْعُلَمَاءُ كُلَّ جَانِبٍ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْجَوانِبِ بِالْبَحْثِ وَالدِّرَاسَةِ وَالتَّأْلِيْفِ .} }
