Where this step aims to discover and forecasting the variables in environment factors to understand the events and give the ability to the future forecasting and relating all these basic concepts to international marketing operation which has the important rule in the success or fall the projects, spatially the large projects. This research also concentrates on finding a relation between international marketing variable and the strategy of the environmental analysis by applying it to Bazyan cement factory in Sulaymaniyah. The research shows the components of the environment that effects on the international company activates generally and on the company marketing activities particularly. The researchers used many suggested strategies to confrontation the competition to achieve the international marketing activities. The research shows the important result, that the researchers reached, which is that, the environmental analysis helps in specifying the most suitable strategy according to the company activities and its circumstances. It also shows the importance of the environmental analysis for the organizations in general, and it helps the higher management to identify the characteristics of the general variables for the environmental analysis of the organizations .The first recommendation of this research is conducting researches and studies in the international marketing and link it with other objects without environmental analysis to deepen the research topic, the second recommendation is establishing cooperative relations with the organization from inside and outside of Kurdistan to identify the importance of the international marketing and getting new experience in this field.
