This paper examines euphemism in Donald Trump’s speeches concerning coronavirus pandemic. The paper analyses four speeches of president Trump concerning the outbreak of the coronavirus. The method of analysis tackled here is of two dimensions. The euphemistic expressions are divided into two types positive and negative. The paper also examines the area or the field within which theses expressions belong. Finally, the results are used to explain what type of euphemism are mostly used in Trump’s speeches and within what field it is mostly concerned
