The illiterate person: "Anyone unable to read and write″, and "Every illiterate person is capable of progress". The term ″Illiteracy″ refers to degrees of ignorance that can range from total inability to use reading and writing to 'insufficient mastery of a relatively complex body of knowledge and know-how. Since 1984, ″Uneducated″ is distinguished from ″illiterate" on the criterion of education (we mean by illiterate, the person who has not been educated). The fight against illiteracy in France is full of stakes, what are they, what benefits can the actors and the society in general draw from them? Research in this area shows how to evaluate illiterate strategies. A series of studies are also underway to measure the effectiveness of the procedures. This study will be conducted in order to best meet the needs of people with difficulties in writing.
