It aims at tracing the relation within some selected cartoons about Brexit. The study adopts Kress and Van Leeuwen's book 'Reading Images' (2006) as a model for analysis. It is hypothesized that cartoons can be utilized to extract an idea which is deliberately depicted, entailing certain messages visually, rather than textually. And that there is some special conflict between British political Parties which the main English newspapers highlight in their cartoons. The data are some cartoons selected from different English newspapers, within the years (2016-2019). These cartoons tackle Brexit as a condition for selection. The Study comes up with some conclusions, the hypotheses above are achieved with some other conclusions.
