Bl (AFBI), MJ (Al!Ml), Aflatoxicol, nnd Ochratoxin A (OA), and tumor patients in
Kineveh province. Blood, urine aad tissue:> samples m:re taken fmm 33 tumor patients at
liver and kidney organs, and 18 li3l1lples from henlthy volunteer's peoples to estimated the
presence ami concentration of AFBI, AFMl, Aflatoxicol, and OA contents. 11 had been
found thAt the AI'B I, AFM l, and OA at a high percentage in blood samples frout patients
group at 42.4, 45.5, and 42.4% respectively and high range concemrations 4.5 to 13.1,
9.4 to 31.6, and 1.02 to 8.6 ngll 00 ml of blood respectively, compared with the above
mycotoxins presence in sam" samples from boolrhy group. On the other hand there wa~ a
highly pen:entage for occurrence and concentrations of AFBI, AFMI, aflatoxicol, and
OA in urine samples from patients group (54.5, 66.7, 60.6 and 42.4 % respectively and
tbcconcenlrations at 5.210 25.1, l0.7to J6.8, 7.2 to 20.3 1111d 9.2to 33.7 ng/100 ml of
urine respectively when compared with the same samples from healthy group.
Furthermore, found that u high concentration of AFBI, AFMl, and OA in the liver and
lcidm:y samples that token from tumor patients group. The resultS was Cl'rrtr""! !1-~
strongly correlation between level •x:curreoce and concentration of n>yctoxins type and
the tumor cases in contributors peoples.
