Atelescopic hydraulic cylinder is a special design of a cylinder with a series ofgradually smaller diameter tubes overlapping each other. Three-stage telescopiccylinder performance analysis is performed with the help of the Finite ElementMethod. Also, MATLAB Simulink is used to create a complete design of thedynamic model of the telescopic cylinder. The analysis results of characteristiccurves for telescopic cylinder position, velocity, and acceleration show thesimulation model's accuracy and plausibility. This package will provide a basicreference for analyzing and designing the hydraulic cylinders with any number ofstages. Simulation results show that a sudden change of pressure upon phasechange will lead to multi-phase vibration
