The furosemidedrug showed a clear reduction peak at a voltage of (-0.24) volts underoptimal conditions. The correlation coefficient for furosemide at aconcentration range of (2–24) μg.ml-1 was 0.9969, the LOD and LOQ ofthe drug were 2.139 and 7.129, respectively, and the average relativestandard deviation (RSD) of the drug was 1.41%, with recovery of the fdrug 97.58% and (n =5).
