Tsunami, earthquake, nuclear plant explosion occurred almost simultaneously. On television we saw how cities for a short period of time have practically instantly turned into a dust heap. The consequences of this disaster were the energy, food, housing problems for the population. Essentially there have been eliminated significant financial achievements of Japanese society. Once again the nature has proven that society is in the area of systemic risk and instability. Ecology and economy have always been linked. Beginning with the mining industry, or even earlier - with the appearance of human activities, economic relations would have to take into account the environmental component. The growth of the industrial economy in the twentieth century has created the problem of global instability of economic and ecological systems. The problem touched the harmonization of the noosphere, which was said about by V.V. Vernadsky.
