Reduced electric quadrupole transition probabilities B(E2)and their ratios are reproduced. The mixing ratios for transitions with 0 or 1, 0 are compared with experiment. The presence of the mixed symmetry state in this isotope is discussed. Generally good agreement is obtained with a restricted number of adjustable parameters. Some predictions are presented for nucleus for which no experimental data are available.
