And then make a parity in the pre-test for the purpose of initiating point began with a single. The experimental group trained in accordance with the training Albulayomterc on slanted surfaces and the control group trained in accordance with the training Albulayomterc on surfaces playa (earth) and after the completion of the application of curriculum and conduct post-test, and after the presentation and analysis of the results the researcher concluded that Albulayomterc exercises oblique surfaces have a positive impact on the development of power lower limbs hand reel of the best training on flat surfaces. So the researcher recommends the adoption of exercises Albulayomterc on oblique surfaces with handball players, and effective role in the development of the special force lower limbs.
