Abstract Hotels and the other establishments are the central pillar that provide accommodation for the development of tourism. Researchers say that one room in a hotel generates one chance for a job in hotels field and 1.75 in the tourism and the others fields. Statistics say tourism provides jobs directly or indirectly to more than 200.000.000 persons in the world. Expectations say these statistics might go higher in the next few years. Tourism is capable to provide more than %10.3 from the total salaries of the global employment. The World Tourism Organization estimates that tourism owns %75 of the total global jobs and positions especially in the hotels.The Front Desk of the Hotels represents the first impression of the place for the tourist. Therefore٫ the Front Desk employees are the key to build bridges of trust٫ amiability٫ and connection between the guests and the staff. For Arabs٫ it is hard for the tourist to understand the colloquial language the residents of another country speak; therefore he repeats the sentence many times meaninglessly because he uses a colloquial form he is not familiar with. Hence٫ he uses the formal language to avoid difficulties during the process of connection. Here lies the importance of this research; the problem is the language is the most common means of communication between a tourist and the employee who offers the services. The language then is either positive or negative while delivering the services. Any of colloquial common words have more than one meaning for the receiver; in other words the tourist. Each word might have more than one meaning. Moreover٫ slang languages create problems in the communication process among people in general٫ but it is more visible for the tourists who come from another countries. Because Arabs are the main concern of the research٫ the real problem appears as a result of different colloquial forms٫ a difficulty in communication among the Arabs appears.
