Al-Qalam University College in Kirkuk Governorate is a semi-annual referred
quarterly scientific journal issued by Al_Qalam University College. It attempts
to publish research in various disciplines for researchers from inside and
outside Iraq in addition to international and English. The research is
subjected to a scientific and linguistic evaluation. The journal has editors
