The Accounting and Financial Sciences Journal is a certified periodical  journal issued by the Translation and Research Department in the  Accounting and Financial Training Center which belongs to Ministry of Finance. It deals with issues of financial management, accounting, banking, insurance and financial legislation. The launch of the magazine is based on the Center’s Law No. 93 of 1981 and the Center’s internal system No. 2 of 2012 within the framework of developing the general  financial management and it’s working methods in the Ministry of Finance and the financial departments of other ministries in  the state, the public and private sectors and civil society organizations by urging the researchers to write An applied research which it is possible to develop the state’s work in the financial and accounting field through them , solve the problems that the state suffers in this field, and to create a kind of interconnection between the academic and the applied side.
