حجج الاتصال المُؤسِسة لبنية الواقع في الخطاب النثري في العصر العباسي الأول, الخطبة والمناظرة والرسالة أنموذجًا أ. م. د محمد قاسم لعيبي كلية التربية للعلوم الانسانية/ ابن رشد/ جامعة بغداد مديرية تربية بغداد/ الكرخ الثالثة الملخص. كان" لحجج الاتصال المُؤسِسة لبنية الواقع" اثرًا بارزًا في نثر العصر العباسي الأول إذ امدته بعناصر القوة وجعلت من الخطاب وسيلة لإثبات الدليل, فقد توسل المحاججون بها في خطاباتهم ومناظراتهم ورسائلهم, لان العصر كان يطلبها, وقريب من عهد الاسلام والصحابة والدولة الاموية, والمعاصرين لها, فأدت دورًا في التأثير والاقناع في قناعات المتلقين, تسمى هذه الحجج في البلاغة الجديدة, الحجاج "بحجج الاتصال المُؤسِسة لبنية الواقع" يتخذ منها الخطاب الحجاجي أدواتٍ للإقناع, فتعد هذه من ابتكارات المحاجج, تؤسس هذه الحجج الواقع ولا تتأسس عليه, تظهر ما خفي فيه, تقوم هذه الحجج بعلاقات مشابهة بين عناصر الواقع, واهم حجج هذا النوع هي ما عرف باسم "الحالات الخاصة" نحو المثل والاستشهاد والنموذج ونقيضه, فحجة المثل يأتي بها المحاجج حين يكون هناك خلافًا حول قاعدة ما, فيأتي لتوضيح ذلك الخلاف وإزالة الشك فيه, أما الاستشهاد وما يتضمنه من استشهادات قرآنية ونبوية وشعرية, فهي تمنح الخطاب الحجة والدليل والحقيقة والإقناع لدى المتلقي, وأما النموذج ونقيضه فيكون النموذج تقليدًا ومحاكاة لسلوك الأفراد والجماعات التي تتمتع بالنماذج الحسنة, ويعني نقيضه ما ينفر منه الأفراد ويبتعدون عنه, ويتمثل بالنماذج السيئة, فهذه الحجج الاتصالية المؤسسة لبنية الواقع تعطي للخطاب الحجاجي قوة اقناعية لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها.
