A theoretical model is developed to determine time evolution of temperature at the surface of an opaque target placed in air for cases characterized by the formation of laser supported absorption waves, LSAW plasmas. The model takes into account the power temporal variation throughout an incident laser pulse, i.e. pulse shape, or simply: pulse profile. Three proposed profiles are employed and results are compared with the square pulse approximation of a constant power.

In this paper, an adaptive selective predictive coding method is proposed for intraframe coding techniques. The adopted techniques overcome the complexity residual ideal case, i.e., residual does not become random noise where the residual still suffers from the existence of redundancy. The suggested techniques attempt to sift over any redundancy embedded in the residual where the quality improves than that of traditional predictive coding, selective predictive coding and of fixed predictor coding. Chaotic systems have been proved to be useful and effective for cryptography. Through this work, a new Feistel cipher depend upon chaos systems and Feistel network structure with dynamic secret key size according to the message size have been proposed. Compared with the classical traditional ciphers like Feistel-based structure ciphers, Data Encryption Standards, DES, is the common example of Feistel-based ciphers, the process of confusion and diffusion, will contains the dynamical permutation choice boxes, dynamical substitution choice boxes, which will be generated once and hence, considered static, While using chaotic maps, in the suggested system, called Chaotic-based Proposed Feistel Cipher System, CPFCS, we made the confusion and diffusion in dynamical behavior based on Standard and Lorenz maps. The first is used for substitution, and the second one for permutation operations .A proposed cryptographic system uses the same work, the same way for both enciphering and deciphering. The proposed cipher operates on more than 500 bytes, 4000-bit readable text blocks by six round computing. Within the basic operator of the cipher, i.e., in the function of the round F, a dynamical lookup table 2D standard map system is used to enhance the complexity and diffusion of the unreadable text. Also, a 3D Logistic map used for key sequence generator and chaos based dynamical Initial Permutation, dynamical IP are used to increase the diffusion and confusion. Three different image sizes and three different text length were implemented in CPFCS. The results of the proposed system and security tests improve the applicability of PFCS in the data protection and security.

Abstract In accordance with what have been reviewed of the historic sources and the interpretations of the narrations under scrutiny, the current research finds, after deep investigation, that some of the things that have been mentioned are beyond reality and rationality. For example, the case that the Messenger of God Mohammed, peace be upon him and his family became insane had been approved- when study its basic origin- to be purely due to political reasons, i.e. it was to take the Khilafa of Muslims from the legitimate Kalifa. They had firmly planned to limit Khilafa to specific people that they wanted. They had succeeded in doing that, to the extent that the Messenger of God was called as a person who was unconscious, out of mind and sight by the second Khalifa Omar bin Al-Khatab. This happened when the Messenger of God asked them to bring Him a piece of paper and ink to write a document that would not let them get lost. They knew what he was going to write. Thus, they tried their best to prevent him from doing that, to the extent that they were arguing loudly with him what made him left them aside. In order to justify their situation and what they had done, they put forward the fabricated narrations. They said that the Prophet, peace be upon him and his family had already gone insane before and lost His insight for days and then he had been healed. In addition, they said that it was not the first time that He suffered from that. They had fabricated that in order to give credibility to their narrations about Him.

The research aims at clarifying the effect of accumulated balances on the amounts of funding and annual budget allocations by analyzing the financial data of the research sample and proposing procedures for the accountant and the internal auditor to limit the negative effects of balances on the accounts. The research reached some conclusions: Liquidation of balances of accounts of trusts during the year after a negative impact on the collection of annual funding amounts, i.e. the higher the percentage of liquidation increased the proportion of funding amounts from the allocations of the annual budgetand the existence of a positive relationship between the cash balance rounded and balances of the secretariats. The increase in the amount of collateral increased the amount of cash balance and impact negatively on the collection of all annual budget allocations. The study proposed some recommendations: activating the performance of the accountant and internal auditor in the liquidation of the balances of the accounts of trusts to reduce the negative impact on the collection of annual funding amounts. The accounting units should use the procedures proposed by the researcher in liquidating the balances of the secretaries. The accountant and the internal auditor must verify the amounts of the cash balance rounded up to cover all the amounts of the balances of the revolving funds so as not to double the negative effect. Deducting the cash balance from the allocations, the annual budget, and the second time when loading the burden of liquidating the amounts of collateral from the annual funding amounts.

Abstract In accordance with the politicized Islamic strengths, narrations about the life and traditions of the Prophet had been put forward. These narrations have been contradictory to each other. The consequences of telling such narrations had caused gaps which allow for various topics to be presented. The policy was to provide each narration with a current accident or news. Accordingly, historical origin had been made. And this is what concerns this research. Our research is restricted to tackle one of the topics as it was narrated at that time. As a researcher, we deal with the origin of the narration that the Messenger of God, peace be upon him and his family used to sit on a throne during battles. After analyzing His texts, it has been proved that such an origin or situation is aimed to add a virtue to the first Khalifa Abo Bakkar in the sense that he used to accompany and defend the Messenger of God, peace be upon him and his family. However, companionship does not need virtue, fabrication of news, or lies. Thus, the research comes up with a conclusion, i.e. to reconsider and reevaluate narrations about the life of the Messenger of God. What has been presented above represents an example of these news
