Dr.Hadi Abdul - Naby Al- Temimy The Journal aimsat diffusing the cultural and scientific awareness in all the Humanities fields aswell as publishing the faculty members researches for the promotion purpose .Due to its High scientific efficiency , it attracts many researchers from Iraq and out of Iraq . The Journal  of Adab Al-Rafidain (RADAB) is an open access scholarly journal. Issued quarterly under the Creative International License (CC-BY),  the Journal has been published since 1972 by the College of Arts, University of Mosul, Mosul – Iraq. The iThenticate program is used to prevent plagiarism and to ensure the originality of the research. The double blind review system is also used to ensure the quality of the publication.

The journal accepts only unpublished researches conducted by scholars of the College of Arts, or by  postgraduate students in all spheres of Humanities and social sciences. It also receives researches conducted worldwide .  All issues of the journal, from the first issue of 1971 up to the present, are now accessible, and the number of publications available on the magazine’s platform are more than 2,400. The editorial board is now working on getting the journal indexed in the global citation database. The journal of Adab Al-Rafidain charges 100 USD as fees. The Journal does not receive any material support from any governmental or non-governmental organizations and depends on self-funding.
