About the journal

Duhok Medical Journal (DMJ) is a peer-reviewed, Open Access and non-profit journal published biannually by Duhok College of Medicine, University of Duhok, Kurdistan Region-Iraq. DMJ is sponsored by the University of Duhok- College of Medicine is a signatory journal to the uniform requirement for manuscripts submitted to biomedical journals, February 2006 [updated 2017] (http://dmj.uod.ac/index.php/dmj/index. It is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research and reviews articles in the aspects related to medical disciplines to ensure rapid and wide dissemination of the results of scientific researches to enhance the development of academic disciplines and serve the society. The Journal has obtained the International Standard Serial Number: ISSN 2071-7326 (print) and ISSN 2071-7334(Online). About the journal

The Biotechnology Research Center (BRC) in Al-Nahrain University issued in 2007 the first edition of a tightly seasonal scientific journal named the journal Biotechnology Research Center (JBRC) which got authorization in 2005 and held an impact number ISSN: 1815-1140. The journal accepts scientific researches in Arabic and English. JBRC’s main interest is Biotechnology researches in the Medical, Molecular, Agriculture, and environmental fields which have an important impact on the public and private sectors in Iraq. JBRC’s structure consists of an editing committee (headed by the manager of the BRC and the editor in chief), a consulting committee (contains a well-known Iraqi scientist in biotechnology), and an editing secretary. All researches are submitted to the JBRC’s regulations which are mainly is that they must be according to the journal directions and instructions, then the researches will be evaluated by three well-known scientists in the field and after that reviewing occurred by the editing committee to ensure and verify all JBRC’s instructions and regulations are taken into consideration. A special edition of JBCR is issued to cover all researches that presented to the BRC’s scientific conferences which subjected to all regulations and instructions of publishing in JBCR.

Medical Journal of Babylon (MJB) is a quarterly medical journal published by Wolters Kluwer Medknow publication. It concerned with clinical and basic medical researches and follows the Publication Ethics Statements suggested by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE).

Mustansiriya Medical Journal MMJ, a semi-annual peer-reviewed journal, is the official Journal of the College of Medicine, Al-Mustansiriya University. The journal was first published during the academic year 2001 - 2002 as the "Journal of Basic Medical Sciences" . Later on, an in order to expand the scope of publication and attract more scientific articles, the editorial board decided in late 2007 to switch the name from “ The Journal of Basic Medical Sciences” to “Mustansiriya Medical Journal”, the official Journal of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Mustansiriya. The first issue with this new name was published in May 2008.
