Questionnaire study in Algerian Insurance company LACAAT UM AL-bwaqi agency

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to see how customer satisfaction by offering a service made available by the Algerian Insurance Company (CAAT). For this we adopted a questionnaire containing all parameterized reflecting the quality of service for a sample of 45 clients.After performing statistical processing of the questionnaire, data SPSSV20 software and statistical tools needed to use analysis, we have the fact that the company's customers are generally satisfied with the quality of service and the satisfaction level is acceptable for all items covered in our questionnaire.
