Time Management and its impact on functional performance an analytical study in Directorate of public pension

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to identify the time management and functional performance, an analytical study in the Directorate of public pension, so as to know the performance of employees and the impact of time in the district, with a view to making recommendations and suggestions of possible to contribute to increase performance and enhance the role of time in the construction of the results of the research hypotheses. To achieve the goals of the research was designed to identify, and distributed to members of the samples (50) has been used statistical program SPSS to analyze the data and used descriptive statistical methods to determine perceptions of the sample of the time management in functional Performance in Directorate of public pension, as was the use of regression analysis to test the following independent variables on the dependent variables. The research sample included the (50) administrative staff, and adopted in the process of collecting data on identify contained question related to time management (planning, organizing, directing and controlling) and functional performance. The research found a number of conclusions, including: a positive and relevant statistical significance between time management and performance of staff. Research has concluded a set of recommendations.
