Organizational culture and Innovation Administrative The relation and effect Applied Study on the teachers and staff of Technical Institute/Babylon

Abstract

This study aims recognize the relation and the effect of the level of the organizational culture and the Innovation Administrative in the institute. The research problem was limited by the following inquiry “what is the relation between the organizational culture and the managerial glorious “ ted to the . To find the answer the above inquiry a questioners of the two parts was designed the first part related to the organizational culture which include ethics, expectations, traditions and the organizational believes, the second part related to the Innovation Administrative and this includes the originality, fluency, flexibility and problems sensitivity. A simple random sample of (95) teachers was selected to represent the society population which consists of (130 teachers), and a questioner was distributed among the sample members,(spss) computer package was used for the statistical analyses. The research shows the following results:-* Thigh level availability of all the elements of the organizational culture and the managerial glorious among the teaching staff . * Strengthen of the scientific challenges among the staff and rooting the democratic path between the high administration and the teaching staff with a trend from the high administration to support a team working of cooperation and initiatives.
