Using of Local and Imported Probiotics ( Lactobacillus ) for Supporting and Improving Fish Rations as Well as Their Effects on Growth Parameters of Common Carp Cyprinus carpio L.

Abstract

This study was carried out along 73 days for the period 14/3/2016 to 25/5/2016 to study the effect of local and imported probiotics ( Lactobacillus ) on supporting and improving fish rations as well as their effects on growth paramerers (weight gain, relative growth rate , specific growth rate, food converision efficiency , food converision ratio) of common carp Cyprinus carpio L. Three levels percentage (1% , 2% and 3%) of each probiotic with two replications for each levels as a diteary supplementations in fish rations as well as control treatment (0% probiotic). Results showed that T1(imported probiotic) was exceeded all other treatments significantly (P≤ 0.05) in all growth parameters except T4(local probiotic) , also results appeared that there were no significant deferences (P0.05≤) between both T2&T3(imported probiotic) with T4,while T2&T3 were exceeded T5&T6(local probiotic) which were exceeded T7(control treatment) significantly(P≤ 0.05). As conclusion , all probiotics treatments exceeded control treatment, and the least concentration for both probiotics (%1) got higher values for all studied growth parameters than the others.
