Using hierarchical compatibility tables for a community study   Ministry of Water Resources in terms of family cohesion and ownership of housing and the impact of gender in the occupation of leadership positions

Abstract

This statistical study provides a provision of data on the social and economic situation of the employees of the Office of the Ministry of Water Resources, which included (473 member) through the distribution of information form to give an idea about the ministry's community of several aspects of the terms of a family bonding through the agreement to the family and the extent to which housing for employees of the index the ministry through the type of housing index and the extent of the contribution of women in the ministry community decision-making process through the type of position occupant index. The Reseacher used the tables of harmonic hierarchies in the statistical analysis (HIERARCHICAL CLASSIFICATION TABLES) at the first chapter and tests and indicators of the relative gravity (RELATIVE RISK) as a means of statistical suitable for data processing to extract the following results: -1.[ The index value (X2 OVER ALL) spirits of the two phases (family bonding and ownership of housing) was the rest of the indicators calculated respectively.2. relativity to the stage of the interdependence of family dorsal results not to effect the quality of life on household expenditure as well as social status, but the results showed that gender has an impact on spending.3.For the stage of owning a house the statistical results showed that the standard of living and gender has an impact to own house, but marital status has no effect to own house .4.The value of Kai Square for over Msaamh of involving the women in decision-making process was not significant in terms of statistical results showed that there was no difference between male and female to occupy leadership positions.
