The formulation of working capital and it’s effect on Bank Liquidity, An Analytical study of commercial Banks

Abstract

The study addressed the issue of the drafting of the working capital and its impact on bank liquidity (analytical study), it has been studied two indicators of the utmost importance in the financial thought first was the working capital in businesses and the second is the banking liquidity, which is linked to the achievement of the strategic objectives of installations index, and chose to study commercial banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange room for the application of the study, as were selected (10) ten commercial banks listed and registered in the Iraq Stock Exchange, and adopted the study time series represented in the seven years are (2005-2011 ), was the main conclusions and recommendations of the study is to validate the assumptions that were formulated and prove the existence of liaison relationships and the impact of capital indicators worker and indicators of liquidity in the commercial banks. As the key recommendations that emerged from the study are recommending the need for follow-up capital case worker in banks business because of its great importance in influencing levels of bank liquidity and thus influence the levels of achievement of the strategic objectives of those banks
