Abstract

This study aims to highlight the role of training in the capacity of tourism human resources development as tourist services closely related to the human element in tourism enterprises, and to create a tourist show competitor must prepare and qualify the human element to suit the characteristics of tourism, it has been a field study of a random sample estimated 40 employees in the hotel Guelma state institutions through a questionnaire designed for this purpose, as was the use of statistical analysis (SPSS) program to unpack and analyze the questionnaire.
