أبرز التشكيلات والمظاهر العمارية لمدينة بابل الكلدانية في ضوء التنقيبات الآثارية

Abstract

The city of Babylon in the Chaldean period characterized by the and splendor architecture, and Became by its magnificence walls and hanging gardens (presumed), one of the Seven World Wonders, so it unique to reconcile between the strength and the greatness of architecture and the beauty of her ornaments and decorated, and distinction by the use of baked bricks are plenteous and employed it in architecture and decoration, creativity and the use of distinctive elements many decorative architectural, it traces back to the architectural decorative creativity in the ancient Iraq, since the early civil beginnings.

تميزت مدينة بابل في عصرها الحديث بروعة وبهاء عمارتها من الناحية التشكيلية، البنائية والزخرفية التي اثارت اعجاب كل من مر وسمع بها قديما، واصبحت باسوارها وجنائنها المعلقة (المفترضة) من عجائب الدنيا السبع، إذ تفردت بالتوفيق بين قوة عمارتها وعظمتها وقوة جمال زينتها وزخرفتها، والتميز باستعمال مادة الآجر القوية بشكل غزير في ابنيتها وتوظيفه في العمارة والزخرفة فضلا عن الابداع المميز بعناصر عمارية زخرفية كثيرة، ترجع بجذورها الى الابداع العماري الزخرفي في العراق القديم منذ البدايات المدنية الاولى
