The Role of Managerial Empowerment in Enhancing organizational

Abstract

Abstract:The current study deals with test the role of managerial empowerment in promoting organizational innovation of sample composed of {118} members, within the study of al-Rafidan university college community, researcher has used the Frequencies, and percentages, and the arithmetic mean, and simple regression analysis to examine the assumptions in the analysis . Mast of the results of the study have proved the validity of hypotheses that is assumed and study found a set of conclusions recommendations, and most important of these conclusions, the role of empowerment managerial in enhancing organizational innovation in light of rapidly changing business environment, and that innovation has become essential in order to survive, because the survival of the organization can't only be achieved through a combination of measures is the most important managerial empowerment.
