The Role of Strategic Flexibility in Enhancing Entrepreneurial Leadership Competences

Abstract

This Research aimed to determine the role of strategic flexibility in enhancing the Competences of entrepreneurial leadership application in AL-Kafeel Company for General Investments and in order to achieve this has been the adoption of the strategic flexibility dimensions (market flexibility, coordination flexibility, resources flexibility) based on the (Wei,etal.,2013:8) (Awwad,2009:6), as was adopted dimensions (competences) Entrepreneurial Leadership (pre-activeness, Innovativeness, risk-taking) on the basis of a group of writers, researchers and them (Bagheri&Pihie,2011:886).Has been chosen the AL-Kafeel Company for General Investments a field to search through a questionnaire form included (30) members of the branches of the company's managers, as well as personal interviews for the company directors and their affiliates to answer any questions about the questionnaire questions. It has been used correlation coefficient (Spearman), and test (t) to see a significant relationship between the variables, and test (F) to determine the moral regression equation, was also used (R2) to explain the amount of the impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable. One of the main conclusions reached is that the strategic flexibility of an active role in enhancing the competences of entrepreneurial leadership in lost raging Iraqi environment competitive. Research has concluded a number of recommendations use of modern technology to provide innovative products to attract the largest number of customers, achieving excellence and increase the market share of the company is enhanced market flexibility and reflects the entrepreneurial orientation.
