Abstract

The social effects of pre-emptive wars are the subject of all countries where these wars have left devastating effects on all peoples, including the Iraqi people at present and in the future of the past years, including hunger, poverty, the demolition of schools, the demolition of houses and hospitals, and the killing of thousands of citizens.
